Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we accept returns on gently used items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Items must not be excessively used
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hazy Halo™ is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
